How are these made?
Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That’s why there’s a wait, and why there’s no pile of unsold stock behind this.
How long until it arrives?
Usually within 7 to 14 business days of ordering, and most land sooner. You get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. Shipping is free within the United States.
Where is it made?
The hoodie and the tee are made and shipped from Los Angeles. The sweatpants are made overseas. Duties are prepaid on every order, so you will never get a customs bill at the door.
What size should I get?
Each product page has a size chart with the real garment measurements, in inches, measured flat. The hoodie is cut loose with a dropped shoulder. If you’re between sizes and want it closer to the body, size down. The tee is oversized: take your usual size for the intended fit, or size down to wear it closer. The sweatpants run true to size.
Can I return or exchange it?
No returns or exchanges. Each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to go back to. Please check the size chart before you order.
What if something is wrong with it?
If it arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’ll remake it free. Open the package when it arrives and email hello@innrwrks.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
What if it never arrives?
If tracking shows no movement for 21 days, or the package never shows up, email us and we’ll send a new one.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn’t gone to print. Email us and we’ll cancel and refund you in full. After that it’s being made for you and can’t be cancelled.
Why does each piece look a little different?
The garments are snow-washed after they’re sewn, so every piece comes out a slightly different black. Yours won’t match the photo exactly. That’s not a defect.
What is the drop window?
Drop One is open for a short time. The list gets in first on Friday, October 30, at 10pm Pacific. Everyone else gets in on Saturday, October 31, at 10pm Pacific. It closes on Tuesday, November 3, at 11:59pm Pacific. After that you can’t order until the next drop.
Is there a discount code?
No. The price you see is the price.
How does the password work?
Before the doors open, the site is behind a single word. Join the list and we email you the word, and it lets you look around the whole store. Buying opens on the schedule above: the list first, then everyone. After the doors open on Saturday night, nobody needs a password.
I joined the list. How do I get in early?
On Friday, October 30, at 10pm Pacific we email everyone on the list a link. Open it in your browser and you can buy right away. If you didn’t get it, check spam, then email hello@innrwrks.co.
Who do I contact?
