Policies

How things are made

Every piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a box waiting. That’s why there’s a wait, and it’s also why there’s no pile of unsold stock behind this.

Shipping

Free shipping within the United States. We don’t ship outside the US yet. Orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days of ordering, and most land sooner. You get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.

Some pieces are made overseas. Duties are prepaid on every order, so you’ll never get a customs bill at the door.

Returns and defects

No returns or exchanges. Each piece is made for you, so there’s no shelf for it to go back to. Check the size chart on the product page before you order. Those are the real garment measurements. More answers are on the questions page.

If something arrives misprinted, damaged, or just not what you ordered, that’s on us and we’ll remake it free. Open the package when it arrives and email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. The window is short because our manufacturer’s claim window is short.

If tracking shows no movement for 21 days, or your package never shows up, email us and we’ll send a new one.

Terms of sale

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you see the thank-you page.

Changed your mind? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll cancel and refund in full, as long as it hasn’t gone to print. After that it’s being made for you and can’t be cancelled.

If we can’t make your order for any reason, we’ll refund you in full and tell you why. Snow-washed garments vary in shade, and that variation isn’t a defect. These terms are governed by the laws of California.

Privacy

Payment. Stripe handles it. We never see or store your card number. Stripe holds your name, email, shipping address and payment details so the order can be made and delivered, and we pass the shipping address to our manufacturer for that one purpose. Each order we send to Stripe also carries four plain notes: what you bought, your size, which stage of the drop it was bought in, and where you first arrived from (see “Where you came from” below).

The list. If you join, we send your email address to MailerLite, which sends our emails. We also send it a note of where on the site you signed up and where you first arrived from. We email you about drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off for good. If the signup service is down when you join, your address is written to our private server log so we can add it by hand. Buying something does not put you on the list. At checkout there is a box to tick if you want to hear about the next drop, and only buyers who tick it get our emails. We never sell or share your address.

Cookies. We set a few small cookies of our own. They are only for the door and the drop, none is for advertising, and none follows you to other sites. They hold a signature, never your name or email.

  • innrwrks-door: shows you got past the password or used the list link. 30 days.
  • innrwrks-early: shows you came in through the list link, so you can buy before the public doors open. Lasts until Drop One closes.
  • innrwrks-reveal: remembers for 15 minutes that you just joined the list, so you can see the word.
  • innrwrks-src: where you first arrived from. 30 days.

A fifth cookie, innrwrks-now, is a testing tool. It is switched off on the live site, so it is never set on yours.

Where you came from. If a link brings you here with a source tag (the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_content parts of a link, for example “instagram / story”), we keep that tag in the innrwrks-src cookie for 30 days. The first one you arrive with is the one we keep. If you then join the list or buy, the tag is saved with your email in MailerLite or with your order in Stripe. That tells us which posts brought people in. It’s a short label like “ig/story”, not a profile of you.

Counting visits. We use Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, doesn’t identify you, and doesn’t follow you to other sites. It counts page views in aggregate. We also record two events in the same way: that someone joined the list (which page, and whether it went through) and that someone pressed Buy (which product and which stage of the drop). No email, name or size is attached to either. Since there’s no cross-site tracking at all, a Do Not Track signal changes nothing here.

Unsubscribing and deletion. Use the link at the bottom of any email to leave the list. To have your email, or anything else we hold about you, deleted, write to hello@innrwrks.co and we’ll do it. Order records that Stripe must keep for tax and payment rules are the exception.
